We are located in the Victorian Central Highlands between Trentham and Daylesford, surrounded by the Wombat Forest. 

We are a small/medium size farm with undulating topography. We have a mix of open growing and grazing areas and forested pockets maintaining a natural balance and creating a variety of micro climates providing ideal growing conditions. We have a large spring fed dam with a healthy population of frogs, fish and ducks supplying us ample water for irrigation. 

We are a committed to growing  quality natural Biodynamic produce which is free from chemical pesticides and herbicides 

Our soil is red basalt loam which we enrich with Demeter Biodynamic 500 preparations consisting of 500 million microbes per gram and enhanced with natural green manure crops. We find this creates an environment where our crops thrive without the need for adding fertilizers which over time create a build up of salts in the soil.

The end result is premium healthy soil growing produce which is bursting with flavour and texture, grown as nature intended.
